SERVICING & REPLACEMENT PARTS

Revolt Ryder E-bikes will require maintenance and servicing from time to time to continue to provide you with the best experience possible. We recommend an initial 3 month service check followed by 6 monthly servicing on all e-bikes. This is dependent on riding conditions and frequency of use.

Revolt Electrek has chosen industry standard components to enable easy service and repair. We do recommend servicing and repairs be carried out by a qualified bicycle technician at your local cycle shop. 

​

A range of replacement parts can be purchased online through our website or alternatively individual components can be found locally at any good cycle shop.

Free shipping on all e-bikes and parts orders over $99 within NZ.

All products are in stock and ready to be shipped unless specified.  

​

We endeavor to dispatch orders the next business day. 

​

All orders are shipped out of Christchurch using our third-party courier. You should expect to receive your order within 5 working days from dispatch. 

​

All E-bikes are tested, packaged, and delivered 95% assembled in our branded carton. Basic assembly is required. See our e-bike assembly guide here.

All our products are brand new and come delivered to you fully serviced and ready to go.

All our products have been independently inspected and are guaranteed to be free of defects, however, should you have a defect you must report it within 7 days of receiving the product.

​

Warranty Policy

​

All our products are brand new and have been thoroughly inspected and tested by us. We guarantee our products to be free of defects, however, should you receive a damaged product, you’ll need to take a photo of the damage and report it to us within 48 hours of receiving the product so we can take appropriate steps to remedy this for you. 

​

All of Revolt Electrek’s products are warrantied for a period of 12 months from date of purchase against manufacturing defects. 

​

This warranty does not cover our products for damages caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, modification, commercial use, or water immersion. 

​

Warranty claims with any defective parts must be returned to be assessed on eligibility. Revolt Electrek will either repair or replace the defective product as it deems suitable. 

​

The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is not transferable. 

​

The warranty may or may not include labour costs. This will be determined by Revolt Electrek on a case-by-case basis. In some cases, you or your nominated cycle repair shop will be expected to replace a warranty part. 

​

If you purchased a bike online and it was delivered to you, freight for any warranty claims will be covered for upto 3 months from date of purchase. If required, any freight for warranty claims outside of 3 months will be at the cost of the purchaser.

We endeavour to ensure the specifications of each bike are as exact as possible to the listings and pictures on our website. Please note in some cases there may be minor variations. We will always do our best to let you know of any changes.

Exchange Policy

​

Please choose carefully and ask any questions you have before purchasing. We are unable to exchange product once you've received your order unless where your request to exchange is covered by the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair-Trading Act. Please contact us if you have a genuine warranty, replacement parts or exchange request.
